Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. RubyTex Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these Terms or the service agreement, or if engagement becomes unlawful or impractical.
